SB 998- The Water Shut off Protection Act
REPORTING
Under Senate Bill 998 (SB 998), known as the “Water Shutoff Protection Act” approved by the Governor on September 28, 2018 (California Health and Safety Code Sections 116900, et seq.), Mission Hills CSD will not discontinue service on residential accounts less than 60 days delinquent. The number posted below is the residential service disconnections due to non-payment during each year.
