Matthew Starbuck has lived in Lompoc since 2010. After graduating Cal Poly with a BS in Mechanical Engineering he started working on Vandenberg AFB as a flight safety analyst and currently works for FAA's Office of Commercial Space Transportation. He is married to his wife Sarah with 2 young boys. He is pleased to be serving on the Mission Hills Community Services District, his goal is to provide good service to the community and keep rates low.
